I Have a Hat Made Out Of Meat

Ok, I don't remember where I heard about these guys and I don't think I know anything about them. I think I once heard that they are some sort of pirate collective who live off the land in southern India and sail their ships throughout the Indian ocean making music. That may not be entirely correct though.
